We then walked a few blocks to this little, over priced, hoity-toity bistro for a martini. While the cocktails were expensive they were also delicious.
GreenBean & Hamburger
Fiesta Pie, with Chocolatini
TaterTot's Limsickle Martini, with Andrew
We then decided to go play some pool at a local hall down the street when we encountered one of the most stunning women I have ever seen in the street, wearing head to toe red (literally). She asked where we were going and convinced us to step inside this small Itailian joint to hear some jazz. Best advice all night. We sat for awhile listening to a wonderful jazz trio and the smoky sounds of The Lady in Red's vocals, while enjoying a $6 pitcher of beer.

With pool still on our minds, we headed down to State & Madison and rented a table. I lost every game I played to either Green Bean or Deep Dish...I blame the martini for being "off".
The Much Fuller Right...
(And I thought the word "right" would never be used in a sentence to describe Mrs. Bombadee.)

No, we all showed (and I got pics of) our panties.
What were we thinking?
you guys are a frickin blast! i'm like you guys - picking up random people and having a night! that's the best! red chick was flippin red! the last time we had one of those nights was several years ago, we picked up some little boy in town from texas. he bought a camera. and somewhere there are pictures of that magical night! it was the night i "met" my husband. don't know who the hell that kid was, and i'd never recognize him if i ever saw him again. love those nights. thanks for finally posting these for me! love ya for that!
um, that is assuming you posted these for me. regardless, thanks!
Cameo...posted just for you!
Thank you all for a great night. It started out crappy because of the spouse but you guys made it special for me. Surprised there was no mention of Bartender guy in poolhall. He was such a good sport putting up with us that I think he deserves a little recognition. The only problem is I can't remember his name. Joe? Anyway there was a poem written in his honor wasn't there?
Do we ever NOT have fun when we are out together?
